Clients are granted a limited license to use purchased images for the specific purpose agreed upon (e.g., personal use, marketing, commercial use).
Images may not be resold, altered, or used for additional purposes without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to use images for promotional purposes, including our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Delivery of Images

Delivery times may vary based on project scope and editing requirements.

Ensuring vehicles are clean, presentable, and available for photography at the agreed time and location.
Obtaining any necessary permissions for the location of the shoot.
Notifying us of any restrictions or safety concerns related to the shoot.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evoke Vision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or Services.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific Service in question.
